I am a real estate advisor with over 20 years of experience, and someone who has personally gone through what it means to arrive in a new country and have to find a place to live.

My journey began in Mexico, where I worked for many years as both an advisor and a brokerage owner at RE/MAX, one of the largest real estate networks in the world. That experience taught me how the home-buying process works in Mexico and in the United States: contracts, timelines, taxes, and the common fears buyers face.

When I arrived in Spain and started working as an advisor here, I realized something fundamental: the process is completely different, but the fears are exactly the same.

Today, I focus exclusively on being the cultural bridge that is so often missing. I understand these three systems from the inside — Mexico, the United States, and Spain — and I can guide you through each step, explaining both the similarities and the differences. I don’t just translate the language, but also the concepts, customs, and expectations.

I have supported clients in Spain, experienced the bureaucracy firsthand — obtaining a NIE, finding a notary, attending viewings with agents who don’t fully understand what an international buyer needs. All of that experience is now at your service.

What defines me most is that I work from empathy. I understand the fear of the unknown, the uncertainty of making big decisions in a system that is not your own, and the loneliness of not having someone you trust to guide you. I am passionate about accompanying people through these moments — not with urgency or a sales agenda, but with real presence and solid knowledge. That is what makes a Real Estate Doula different.
